M. I. Cement holds AGM

The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of M. I. Cement Factory Ltd. (Crown Cement) was held on
December 4, 2017 at its factory premises in West Mukterpur, Munshiganj.
The Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2017 and Auditors’ Report thereon, Report of the
Board of Directors; 20 percent cash dividend; re-election of directors; appointment of statutory auditors
and re-appointment of the Managing Director was approved in the Meeting. The Chairman of the
Company Mr. Mohammed Jahangir Alam presided over the Meeting.
